Is there any upfront cost or risk?
Not with pre-selling. Your sellers collect $13 per box as they take orders, so your group order is paid for out of money already in hand. This way you never buy a box you haven't sold. Groups that want product on hand for games and events can also buy ahead at $8 per box. Either way, your group keeps $5 from every box.
How much does our group earn?
$5 on every box. Each 8 oz box of chocolate covered pretzels costs your group $8 and sells for $13. A group with 20 sellers averaging just 10 boxes each earns $1,000.
How long does a fundraiser run?
Most groups sell for 2–3 weeks, then schedule pickup about a week after orders are turned in. Start to finish, about a month and we'll help you pick a selling window that works for your calendar.
How do we get our order?
Fundraiser orders are picked up, not shipped. Your order is packed, organized, and ready on your scheduled pickup day so it can go straight to your sellers for delivery. In warm months, we recommend handing boxes out the same day to keep the chocolate perfect.
How does payment work?
Sellers collect payment with each order cash or checks made payable to your group. When orders are turned in, your group pays $8 per box in one payment and keeps everything above it.
What materials do we get?
