No coupons or discounts or free shipping will be permitted for phone orders, they are only for online orders.
Q: I need my order to arrive by a certain date how can I guarantee that will happen.
A: When you place an order online for delivery you will be able to choose the day your package leaves our facility. Please factor in 3+ days for shipping time once your product leaves our facility. While we do our best to order on specified date we cannot guarantee that it will be delivered on that day.
All packages are shipped through UPS and you will be provided tracking information.
Q: Can I ship to a warm climate?
A: Yes! We will pack your items accordingly on ice to avoid product melting. You will just need to select warm weather shipping which includes an insulated cooler and ice packs.
Q: I placed an order and then received notice of a discount or special that I was not aware of? Can I cancel my order and replace it to take advantage of the discount?
A: We frequently run promotions throughout the year via our email list and social media accounts. We encourage you to sign up for our mailing list and to follow us on social media. If you receive a promotion within 12 hours of when you placed your order, we are happy to either cancel or amend your order so you can take advantage of discount. However, if more than 12 hours have passed, we are unable to modify or cancel your order. Please contact sales@gorant.com with your order number if you have questions.
