Q: I need my order to arrive by a certain date how can I guarantee that will happen.

A: When you place an order online for delivery you will be able to choose the day your package leaves our facility. Please factor in 3+ days for shipping time once your product leaves our facility. While we do our best to order on specified date we cannot guarantee that it will be delivered on that day.

All packages are shipped through UPS and you will be provided tracking information.

Q: Can I ship to a warm climate?

A: Yes! We will pack your items accordingly on ice to avoid product melting.

Q: I have a question about my order, how do I talk to a real person?

Q: What is your refund policy?
